Repeat Prescriptions
Requests for repeat prescriptions must be in writing which can either be faxed on 01706 514240, mailed or posted in the green box provided at reception.
Alternatively you can register for our online services and order via the link at the top of this page.
Please allow 48 hours before collecting.
A green letter box has been placed to the left of the reception desk for you to post your prescription requests; Prescription request sheets have been placed on the reception desk for your convenience to fill your request and post.
Electronic Prescription Service (EPS)
If you get regular prescriptions, the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) may be able to save you time by avoiding unnecessary trips to your GP.
EPS makes it possible for your prescriptions to be sent electronically to the pharmacy or dispenser of your choice.
Please ask at reception for information.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
