Repeat Prescriptions
We are a dispensing Practice. If you live more than one mile from a chemist, we can supply your medicines. If your Doctor wants you to have a repeat prescription, you may order this without needing to see the Doctor. Please make your order, allowing two full working days before you need to collect it. This allows time for the Doctors to sign your prescription and for drugs that we don't stock to be ordered in.
There are various way you can order your repeat prescription::
- In person - drop your repeat slip into the post box outside the surgery or into the "Repeat Prescription" box in the foyer at the surgery with the required items clearly marked.
- By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
- By telephone - leave a recorded message on the Dispensary’s 24 hour direct line - 01305 849329
- Online - follow the link at the top of this page to complete a simple one-off registration or place your regular order.
Not yet registered to use our online ordering system?
To order your repeat prescriptions online you will first need to register. To do this you will need a copy of a registration letter which contains key information about our Practice and log-in data that is specific to you. For security reasons these details can only be given to you in person. Please therefore call in to the Practice and ask the Receptionist for your registration letter.
