If your long-term medication has been approved on a repeat prescription basis you can order in a number of ways:

  • On the website or using the Patient Access App - The practice now link to Patient Access - you must register for this to get a PIN and login. Please ensure you read the Terms & Conditions given to you when you are issued your PIN. Speak to our reception team who will help you register.
  • In person - Please request online or on the telephone.
  • By post - send it in with a stamped addressed envelope and we'll post it back to you.
  • By telephone - The repeat prescription number is (0141) 778 0550 and is open between 11:00 and 14:00 Monday to Thursday and 11:00 and 13:00 on a Friday - Our staff will ask for your preferred Pharmacy and your prescription will be sent there for collection. Our pharmacy colleagues have advised to allow for 5 working days before attending the pharmacy and do not telephone to check it is ready.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
