Repeat Prescriptions
You may request a repeat prescription if this has been agreed with your doctor. Please phone our answering service repeat prescription line 01324 554 136 (Option 1), anytime between 8am Monday and Friday 5pm.
If this is not suitable your request can be posted in the repeat prescription request box in the waiting room at any time during surgery hours.
You may also order your prescription by post, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope for return.
