Repeat Prescriptions

Please order repeat prescriptions 7 days in advance of collection in writing and post in the RED prescription letterbox at the entrance to the building, you may also fax your prescription request.

Alternatively you can order online via the link at the top of this page. Please contact reception if you wish to use SystmOnline as you need to collect a username and password.

Prescriptions can be collected from the Health Centre 48 hours later or Coopers Chemist in Great Ayton allow 3 working days (not including the day you order it and excluding weekends) Please indicate on your request where you would like to collect from.

We can also post back to you if you provide a stamped addressed envelope.

Coopers Chemist website www.cooperschemist.com is also available for ordering prescriptions online.

Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) 

We are now offering patients the opportunity to freely nominate pharmacies across England to send their repeat prescriptions to. Please telephone reception for more information.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
