Suggestions & Complaints
Comments, Compliments and Complaints
All of the doctors, nurses and staff working in the Long Melford Practice make every effort to provide patients and carers with the best possible care and treatment. However with almost 10,000 patients and over 200 appointments a day there are occasions when things do not go to plan.
If at anytime you have concerns we would encourage you to speak to the person involved at the time - very often matters can be resolved there and then. We do understand that there may be certain situations where people would prefer to speak to someone more formally.
If you wish to comment on or discuss aspects of your care please contact the Practice Manager, Nicola Whitehead.
We welcome your comments, both positive and negative, as they let us know when we get it right and where there is room for improvement.
If you have been happy with the care you have received please do let us know. Letters to individual clinicians or to the Practice are very much appreciated.
We are continually striving to improve our service. If you have any suggestions for making changes or improvements to the way we provide our services we would be pleased to hear about your suggestion and to consider it. Please put your suggestions in our suggestion box - there is a suggestion box located in the waiting area at each surgery. Alternatively please hand your suggestions into the Reception and ask for them to be forwarded to the Practice Manager.
