We would like a group that is representative of all our patients; patients from all age groups, parents, carers, patients with disabilities, and patients from ethnic backgrounds. Don't worry if you think you won't have time or are unable to attend meetings due to work or carer commitments as we can email out surveys or questionnaires to give your opinions on topics to be discussed. It's your engagement that counts.
If you would like to become a member of Sunnyside's Patient Patient Group (PPG)or Virtual Group (VPG), where all contact is via email, please go to the 'Patient Group Sign up' tab and complete the form, or give your name and email address at reception. For more information please contact Lin Rees, Practice Manager or email nhskernowccg.sunnysideletters@nhs.net
