Everyone must stay at home to help stop the spread of coronavirus.
You should only leave the house for very limited purposes:
Important - These reasons are exceptions – even when doing these activities, you should be minimising time spent outside of the home and ensuring you are 2 metres apart from anyone outside of your household.
There is separate advice about staying at home if:

This is your General Practice and we encourage you to tell us when we meet the high standards that are both required of us as part of our contract as well as those that you reasonably expect and, if you want to inform us how we can improve that service even further, we want you to tell us. Please look at this website, familiarise yourself with its features, such as ordering a repeat prescription. We have provided a feedback function where you can tell us what you think. Please help us to help you.
Please tell us when we do well. We like to know when we get it right because we are proud of what we do. If we need to improve, tell us that too - we will improve faster and be more effective with your help.
To help us with this, we have a Patient Participation Group so that you can have your say. It is a volunteer group of patients who meet every 12 weeks or so to share experiences and offer feedback to us.
If you would like to join the Group, please complete the form below and return it to the practice or email it to: email@example.com
