Patient Participation Group (PPG)
The aim of our group is to develop a positive forum for constructive feedback and improvement of services for our patients. We want patient’s views and needs to be at the centre of the services that we provide.
Aims
To harness the experience of our patients to help us develop a patient centred service, to do this we need to understand what is most important to you as a patient.
To give patients the opportunity to share their views on how things could be improved for the benefit of the wider patient list.
To highlight patient awareness of current and new services available through the new Clinical Commissioning Groups. To assist patients in understanding the new structures for the wider NHS and how changes to service might impact on them.
