We are sorry to shout this bit but it is really important that you do not put other people at risk, particularly those that may be already unwell and of course our teams who are key in keeping the practice running and our population healthy.

Alvanley Patient Reference Group and Practice Health Champions

Rather than a Patient Participation Group Alvanley Family Practice work with a group of committed volunteers to improve the health and wellbeing of everyone in the community.  They help to provided services, develop ways of keeping well and offer solutions to loneliness and isolation.
