Claremont Bank Patients' Group
At Claremont Bank Surgery we are proud to have a patient group who provide us with an insight into the views, thoughts and ideas of our patients.
The group is called Claremont Bank Surgery Patient Participation Group and has been established for 5 years. During this time they have supported the practice in a number of ways such as organising a MacMillan Coffee Morning and establishing a regular Walking Group.
The Claremont Bank Surgery Patient Participation Group meets 3 monthly.
To try to obtain wider views the patient group currently has a notice board and a suggestion box in the waiting room. The group would like to hear more from other patients, in particular people with disabilities, young people and those in ethnic minorities. The group is keen to bring forward the views of all members of the community and support every patient in having their concerns, comments heard.
