Patient Participation Group

The practice has an active Patient Participation Group which meets 4 times a year at the surgery.  It works closely with the staff team and represents the views of all the patients.

The group aims to:

  • Feedback issues/concerns received from patients of the practice.
  • Assist with distribution of the practice newsletter to the wider community.
  • Contribute to the design of patient surveys and review patient feedback.
  • Support the practice in its responses to the NHS.
  • Support carers.
  • Support health education.

If you would like further information about the activities of the group, would like to join, or simply attend a meeting without obligation, please contact the Patient Services Manager on 01305 262886 or by email to Nichola.crawford@dorsetgp.nhs.uk

Patient Participation Group Committee

The committee consists of patient representatives from the practice, the Patient Services Manager and a member of the practice staff.

The committee members can be contacted by emailing nichola.crawford@dorsetgp.nhs.uk unless otherwise indicated, who will pass your comments/feedback on to them.  Alternatively you can sign up to our patient reference group (see separate page for details).
