Patient Participation Group (PPG)

We would like to know how you think we can improve our service to and how you perceive our surgery and staff.

To help us, we are setting up a virtual patient participation group for you to have your say. We will ask members of the group questions from time to time. We will contact you by email and we do not expect to take up to much of your time.

We aim to gather as many patients as possible. We need young people, workers, patients who are retired, people with long term conditions. and people who are non British.
