Surgery staff will be giving information on the current status and future of Torksey Surgery. Information given will be as published previously, but this meeting will be an opportunity for clarification.
Five representatives of Torksey and its surrounding areas have been invited, (these limited numbers are safely allowed in the waiting room). Patients are asked if they have any specific questions ahead of the meeting and before 18th September to please phone Torksey or Saxilby Surgery, or email  or email (an invited patient representative) detailing the question.   
Notes will be taken for patients to consult afterwards.
(This meeting has been called by members of the Trent Valley Surgery Patient Participation Group (PPG).
