Patient Participation Group
Our Patient Participation Group is a way for our patients and the GP practice to work together to improve services and promote health and wellbeing. PPGs can help strengthen the relationship between staff and patients, and as Clinical Commissioning Groups develop, they will become an integral part of decision making for the future.
We would like to encourage representation from all age and ethnic groups in our PPG. If you are interested in joining the group or have any suggestions please enquire at the surgery or email us at NNICB-NN.OaksMedicalCentre@nhs.net (please do not use for appointments, visit requests etc - please ring the surgery).
Our PPG admin lead is Leah Berry, if you have any questions please contact Leah via reception who will be happy to assist you.
The next PPG Meeting will be on Thursday 11/05/2023 at 17:15 and will take place at the surgery. A zoom invite can be sent if needed.
