Patient Participation Group

The Group consists of patient members and the Practice Manager who meet quarterly at the surgery. These meetings are to gain the views of our patients about how the surgery works, e.g. what works well (or not) and how we might improve our service to our patients.

Since the recent changes in the NHS and the forming of GP Commissioning Groups your views are essential to ensure that the local health needs are met. If you have any questions or suggestions that you would like raised at one of these meetings please use the patient comment/suggestion box on the reception desk and your comments will be discussed at the next meeting.

Please note this is not the forum for airing personal issues or problems. If you would like to join please enquire at reception.
