Unsure how to get to one of the surgery sites?

Adelaide Site:

Postcode: SO16 4XE

By Car: Adelaide GP Surgery is on the Western Community Hosptial campus.  Follow signs for Tesco's Millbrook (Tebourba Way). Turn right at the roundabout then take the first left to enter the Western Community Hospital campus. Follow signs for the Adelaide Health Centre.

By public transport: From the centre of Southampton, the most frequent buses are First Bus 2 and Bluestar Bus 18 which leave from the Civic Centre (Library/Art Gallary side) and stop at "Redbridge Fire Station". From the bus stop, turn left and walk down Walnut Grove. After 300 meters, pedestrian access to the site will be on the left hand side. Walk through the carpark and follow signs to the main entrance. Bluestar Bus 7 stops at Oakley Road for Tesco. You can alight at this stop, walk through the Tesco car park and follow the road round to the Western Community Hospital campus.

Nicholstown Site:

Postcode: SO14 0YG

By Car: Nicholstown Surgery is situated on Level B of the Fanshawe Wing of the Royal South Hants Hospital. From Central Southampton, proceed towards the Jury's Inn roundabout and follow signs for the Royal South Hants (St Mary's Road). The main entrance to the Royal South Hants is on St Mary's Road. Turn into the hospital and follow one way system to a suitable parking space. Follow signs to Nicholstown Surgery.

From the north of the city, follow either A33 (The Avenue) or A335 (Onslow Road) until you see signs for the Royal South Hants

You will have to pay to park in the hospital and please do not park in a staff space. There is limited parking on the roads by the hospital but much of it is reserved for local residents, please be aware when parking!

By public transport: First Bus 7 in both directions, Unilink Buses 6C (towards city centre ) or U6H (towards Southampton General Hosptial) stop at "RSH Hospital". This stop is by the main entrance of the RSH. Enter the hospital site and follow signs for Nicholstown Surgery.

Portswood Site:

Postcode: SO17 2GD

By car: The surgery is located on Belmont Road in Portswood. Quickest access is from the A335 (Thomas Lewis Way). At the traffic lights at the junction of Horseshoe Bridge and Dukes Road, turn onto Dukes Road. Take the right onto Lawn Road then follow the road left onto Belmont Road. The surgery will be on your left. Patient parking is available at the front of the surgery or on Belmont Road. If parking on the road, please be considerate of our neighbours.

By public transport: From the centre of Southampton, take First Bus 7 from "Cenotaph" towards Townhill Park. The bus will stop at "Belmont Road", this journey will take 15 minutes. The bus stop is at the other end of Belmont Road from the surgery. Walk down Belmont Road away from Sainsbury's Portswood. After 5 minutes, the surgery will be on your right hand side.

The surgery is also close to St Denys rail station. Exit the station over the footbridge by platform 1 onto Osborne Road South. Once on the road, turn left and follow the road to the end. Turn immediately right and you will be on Belmont Road. The surgery will be on your left hand side.
