Registering with the practice

If you live within our practice area (please check first using the Postcode Checker on our Practice Boundary Map page) you are welcome to register with us and our reception staff will be happy to guide you through the procedure.

Please note that the surgery is unable to accept new patients who live outside the contractual boundary or keep patients who move outside this area. Submitting this form is no guarantee that you will be able to register with us.

Summary Care Record Additional Information

If you are on any repeat medication, please make a GP appointment when you first register. If you wish, you can also arrange a New Patient Check with one of our nurses who will go through your medical history and address any health problems you may have. 

Dr James Downie is our named GP at this surgery.  If you would like to meet the doctors and staff before deciding to register, this can be arranged.
