NHS Registrations Welcome 

We welcome registrations from all patients living in Warrenpoint, Rostrevor or within a five mile radius.  We have made the process of registration quick and easy for your convenience.

We offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  As a patient you will benefit from:

How Do I Register?

There are two easy steps you must follow which will authorise us to obtain your medical records and enable us to take over your care safely. 

Step 1 -  Complete a health service registration form which is available at reception.  We require proof of identification (photographic I.D) and a Utility Bill (valid within the last 3 months) with your address on it.  

Step 2 - Complete a new patient health questionnaire. 

That's it!  We do the rest.  You are now welcome to use our services as you need us.

In general, if you are taking three or more repeat drugs (long term drugs) we will ask you to book an appointment with one of our doctors.  This appointment is nothing to worry about.  The doctor will assess your condition, review your medications and explain how we will manage your care in the future.
