New Patient Registration

New Patient Health Checks

Offered by the Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants.

Asylum Seekers/Refugees

The Practice welcomes registration from asylum seekers/refugees and is happy for this information to be shared with local community organisations.

There may be times in your care when it may be more appropriate for you to be registered with another GP nearer to your home in order for you to receive an optimal healthcare service. We will discuss this with you and find a way to transfer your care to a more local GP or support you to access services from GP-led Health Centres or Walk-In Centres' but we will always respect your right to choose your GP.
