New Patient Registration

If you live within the practice area you can register as a patient immediately. Bring your NHS medical card to reception. If you do not have your card we will ask you to fill in a form. Please also bring proof of identity and address if possible.

Practice Area

We accept patients who live in the surrounding area. Starting from Gabalfa interchange and going East, our practice area is bounded by the A48M, then Cyncoed Road, Hollybush Road, Glyn Coed Road in Pentwyn, Ty Draw Road in Lisvane and then extends North as far as the crossroads in Rudry. To the West our boundary is defined by the Coryton interchange and the A470.
