As from the 19th December we are temporarily closing our practice list until 19th June 2019 when we will review our position.

Unfortunately, this means we will not be registering any new patients during this time unless you are direct family member of an existing patient who are currently registered with us live in the same household.

For those patients that sit outside this criteria please go to the NHS website: www.nhs.uk where you will be able to find other practices in the local area.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and be assured we have not taken this decision lightly.

This closure will allow us to review our current staffing resource against patient demand so we may continue to provide continuity of care to our patients in the future.

New Patient Registration

registration**Currently we are asking patients to register online rather than coming into the surgery. Please click here to be redirected to the appropriate page.** 

You may register with the practice at any time during opening hours by visiting reception and completing our registration forms.

If you live within the practice area and wish to register please bring your medical card or complete  our registration forms.  

Currently, it would really help our reception team if you were able to register between the times of 11.00am - 12.30pm and 4.30pm - 6.00pm.

Patients registered at the Wellspring Surgery can see any of the doctors practising here.

A health check will be offered to you with our health care assistant or practice nurse to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
