When We Are Closed

If you have an urgent problem when the surgery is closed, please ring NHS 111; your call will be answered by our Out-Of-Hours Service who will deal with your request. Please note that when contacting them, your telephone conversation will be recorded. 

At the weekend surgeries are held Saturdays 8.30 am to 3pm.

At all other out of hours times please use our Emergency Telephone line as mentioned above and follow the instructions given on the answer machine.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
