When We Are Closed

If you telephone the surgery outside of normal working hours you will hear a message giving you the number of the Out-of-Hours service, NHS 111, who will be able to advise you, or arrange a consultation if necessary. Alternatively, when you know we are closed, you may like to phone NHS 111 directly.

Walk-In Centres

If you need to see a GP when the surgery is closed there is a walk-in GP clinic available in the city. They are:

Walk-in centre next to Brighton train station (Care UK).

Aspect House, 84-87 Queens Road, Brighton BN1 3XE

Open every day (including Christmas Day) from 08:00 to 20:00.

If you are unsure where to go or need help or advice call NHS 111 for free.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency, you should call 999.
Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
