Riversdale will be closed for staff training from 1:30 - 3:00 on Wednesday afternoons, usually the second or third Wednesday of the month.   We will be open as usual for Surgeries. 

 

When We Are Closed

out_of_hoursThe Out of Hours Service at this Practice is provided by DHU.  Please hang up and redial 111 to be put through to the Out of Hours Service. All telephone calls to this service will be recorded.

If the Out of Hours services visit you they will send a report to the surgery the following morning.  

 

NHS Direct has been replaced by 111.  Please phone them - your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
