SWUK ODN Anaesthetists & Intensivists Specialist Interest Group

The SWUK ODN Anaesthetists and Intensivists Specialist Interest Group membership is made up of Anaesthetists and Intensivists who work alongside the Specialised Burn Care Services within the SWUK ODN.  

The aim of the group is to disseminate best practice and provide expert advice to the Board on matters relating to anaesthesia and pain management, critical care and transfer of the critically ill burn injured patient.

The group is lead by the SWUK ODN Clinical Lead, Dr Joanne Bowes, Consultant Anaesthetist at Morriston Hospital, Swansea.
