Survey Results

Over 150 patients and customers of the Pharmacy have filled in questionnaires on the service provided by the Pharmacy for the year 2012/2013.

  • 89.9% of respondents indicated that the Pharmacy was very good on the service provided by the various Pharmacy staff.
  • 86.9% of respondents indicated that the Pharmacy staff were polite and took time to listen.
  • 83% of respondents indicated that the Pharmacy was very good in having the stock to provide all the medicines and appliances that were needed.

There were some areas identified that we required further work and improvement. It has been highlighted that we could be more pro-active in advising our patients/customers about healthy living and eating. We also received a few negative comments regarding our waiting times and steps have already been introduced to improve these. Only 2% of all our visitors had not been satisfied with the service provided but we continue to work hard to reduce this as we consider it an essential service that everyone receives an excellent service at all times.
