How to Find Us

Horton Park Surgery is on Horton Park Avenue, on the right hand side as you go towards Great Horton Road.  We are in the Horton Park Centre. 

New Hey Surgery is just off Wakefield Road.  From New Hey Road (off Wakefield Road) turn up Stafford Street and first left is Brompton Road.  The surgery is at the end of the road, adjoining New Hey Church Hall.

Local Buses

Bus no. 576 runs from Bradford interchange - Great Horton (along Horton Park Ave) stops outside the surgery.

Bus no. 617 and 618 run from Bradford Interchange, up Wakefield Rd passing NHR.
