How to make an appointment:

When making an appointment receptionists may ask you for an indication of the problem. This is to ensure that you are seen by the appropriate Clinician. If you have more than one problem to discuss please inform the receptionist so that she can book you a longer appointment. Normal appointments are 10 minutes, please be realistic with what can be achieved in this time.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
