NEW SERVICE booking appointments on-line between the hours of 7.00am and 10.00pm, 7 days a week.

If you haven't yet registered for the new online system, please download the form from the link below and bring it to the surgery with two forms of ID, one being a photo ID.  We will then contact you in the near future with the registration details. Please note that because of the demand for online services, it could take up to 7 days to receive your details. When you have registered an interest please remember to check your emails for the reply (and remember to check your junk mail).

 APPOINTMENTS - Currently following Covid Guidance - please call Reception to see what options are available 

Up to 50% of appointments are pre-bookable.  Please call the Practice to make an appointment on 01872 243700 - Lander and 01872 243723 - Threemilestone Branch Surgery.  We encourage patients to see their own Doctor but if your Doctor is unavailable we will offer you an appointment with another Doctor.  If you would prefer to see a female GP, please mention this to the Receptionist when booking.  We will do our best to book you with your requested Doctor but sometimes demand is very high and we will need to offer an alternative.

Please make your appointment in advance with a Practice Nurse instead of the doctor for the following

• Blood tests
• Asthma and respiratory
• Diabetic
• Dietary and lifestyle advice
• Cervical smears
• Childhood immunisations
• Immunisations
• Dressings/stitch removals etc
• We DO NOT have a Travel Clinic or Stop Smoking Clinic anymore.

SICK CHILDREN

Will be seen as quickly as possible if brought to the surgery (please telephone phone first), this is often much quicker than requesting a visit.  If in doubt, speak to a doctor first.
