Automated Phone System (Patient Partner)

01268 209229

Appointments are generally available at the following times Monday - Friday:

09:00  - 11:00, 14:00 - 16:00, 16:30 - 18:30

An appointment system is used for all surgeries. The nature of general practice is such that we cannot guarantee you will be seen at the appointed time as some circumstances are prolonged and your doctor may also be delayed in an emergency.

An appointment may be made with our receptionist by telephone on 01268 209229, the automated telephone system called Patient Partner or calling in at the surgery. You may consult any doctor of your choice, when available, but if you have an ongoing illness or problem it is usually best to see the doctor who knows about you consistently.

You may also book appointments online via the link at the top of this page. If you are a new user you will need to contact the surgery and ask for login details before you can book appointments online.

Please make follow-up appointments in good time or you may find the surgery is fully booked.  Appointments can only be booked one month in advance.  This is to cut down on patients not turning up for their booked appointment.

Our new telephone system allows you to cancel appointments without a need to speak to a receptionist.  Just choose the correct option on the telephone answer menu.

If you need to ask about more than one problem or think a consultation may be prolonged for any reason please book a double appointment.

An adult should, whenever possible, accompany children under 16 years of age.
