Appointments

To make an appointment with the surgery please call 01773 822386, you can also use our Online Consult feature. 

All consultations are run on an appointment system. Appointments can be made either in person, by telephone or on line. Some appointments are available on the same day and some are available to be prebooked in advance.  Surgery times for each doctor vary from week to week but are always between 8.30am and 11.00am and between 2.00pm and 5.30pm.

We will endeavour to give patients an appointment with the doctor of their choosing but sometimes this may not be possible, the earliest appointment would then be offered instead.

For matters of an urgent nature, a duty doctor will be available at various times of the day.

Please inform the receptionist if you are unable to get upstairs to see a doctor or a nurse. We would then make arrangements for you to be seen in a downstairs room.

Help us to provide you with a more efficient service – Please cancel appointments which you no longer require or you are unable to attend.

Nurse Clinics

The Practice Nurses work in the surgery on an appointment system. Sessions are held in the morning, afternoon and evening.

Reception

Please be a patient patient! Our receptionists have an extremely busy job. Try to help them to help you. Please remember if you are sometimes kept waiting or if questions seem irritating, the receptionist is only carrying out our policies which are aimed at the smooth and efficient running of the practice. This is especially relevant when a home visit is being requested and the receptionist has to judge the urgency of your request.
