Complaints Procedure

We always aim to provide an efficient and qualified service to everyone who visits our Pharmacy. However, we know that there will still be occasions that things do not go as smoothly as we planned.

In the hopefully, very rare situation, that you feel cause to complain, you can either request an appointment with our Superintendent Pharmacist, who will try and see you immediately if available. If not a mutually convenient meeting can be arranged with our Pharmacy Staff.

Any written letters of complaint should also be addressed to the Superintendent Pharmacist at:
Bridge Cottage Pharmacy, 41 High Street, Welwyn, Herts AL6 9EF.

The Superintendent Pharmacist would be happy to resolve any problems or discuss any concerns or queries.
