Building Arrangements - COVID-19

During the pandemic if you become unwell the reception staff initially will arrange a telephone call from one of the GPs. Once the GP telephones you back they will decide if they need to give you an appointment to be seen at the practice for your problem or if it can be managed in another way.

Any patient who is unwell or has any health concerns should contact reception to ensure that you get treated appropriately.

Our door is closed to protect our patients and staff but we are seeing patients who have pre-booked appointments with the GPs/Practice Nurses. Please wait at the door or under the canopy and the clinician will come to escort you into the building. If you are entering the building we would kindly ask that you wear a mask or face covering.

We would ask that if you do not have a pre-booked appointment that you do not attend the surgery although we are aware that this isn't always possible depending on individual circumstances.

During these difficult times we wish to provide adequate care to our patients and maintain our efficient service whilst being mindful of the safety of patients and staff. We would ask that you keep a 2 meter distance where possible at all times.

We understand that this is a worrying time for our patients.
