We have a multi disciplinary team that works together to bring you the best possible healthcare. We also work with a group of volunteer practice health champions to give you the best choice of wellbeing activities. You can find some more information on the work our Practice Champions do by looking at the Practice team section of our website. Our Wellbeing prescription, which can also be seen in this section, allows you to find out more information about local activities and services without having to see the doctor.

Please contact us via email on stoccg.alvanleyadmin@nhs.net.

Practice Management

Mrs Sharon Moore (f)
Sharon is our Operations Manager and oversees all aspects of the team.

Mrs Sara Bell (f)
Sara is our Senior Administrator having day to day responsibility for finance matters and extended knowledge of prescribing.

Mrs Hayley James (f)
Hayley leads our Patient Services Team, organises the appointments and leads our team of reception staff

Patient Support Team

Our Patient Support Services team are the all-important link between patients and the practice. The team deals with general enquiries from patients and performs many tasks, such as making most of the patient appointments at the practice, directing patients to the right person depending on their health issue or query.  We ask that you are as honest as possibly with them about your condition as they will be able to find the right service for your needs

Practice Champions

Our Practice Champions are a group of patient volunteers that lead our Patient Participation Group (PPG), promote social activities and work with our local community and partners. They run our community allotment, walking groups, singalongs (at our local community cafe start point) among other social activities. If you would like to join our Practice Champions, please email stoccg.healthchampions@nhs.net.

You can see our well-being prescription, which the Champions have created to support our community, below, along with a couple of videos with a bit more information on what the Champions do.
