Mrs Karen Lashly (f)

Karen is our Manager Partner. Karen is responsible for the overall management and strategy of the practice. She is supported by a Senior Management Team.

Cheryl Gulliford provides Management support to Karen and the Senior Management Team. 

Admin and Performance

The team is led by : Kate Wood (f)

Kate is our Performance Manager. She is supported by Jude Hammon Clinical Admin Manager, and Sarah Cormack our Deputy Manager. The team cover IT management, CQRS, QOF/Enhanced Services, coding, scanning and summarising, Data Quality, HR, secretarial and prescribing. The team members are Paula, Crystal, Michaela, Mary, Jayley, Isobel, Mary, Anna, Chloe and Cheryl.

Patient Services,  Reception and Health Coaches

The team is led by : Caroline Garrett (f)

Caroline is our Patient Services Manager and is assisted by Sarah Passmore, and Rebecca Warr our Deputy Reception Managers. Her team is here to help you. They may need to ask for further details when you telephone this is to ensure we can assist you as speedily and appropriately as possible. They are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as all our staff. The Reception Team are : June, Emma, Christine, Allison, Sharon, Mafalda, Nicola and Lyndsey.

Health coaches - Caroline is a trained health coach and manages the team. Health coaches are able to offer support and can provide help to enable you you make good health choices and goal setting. They can sign post to other services and work closely with the Doctors to provide additional support. They are often involved in lifestyle advice, diet and exercise and low level mental health and anxiety issues for our patients. Our health coach team is , Sam, Julie, Lauren and Sarah.
