5k Your Way- Move Against Cancer

Free 5k walk or run on the last Saturday of every month at 8.45 at Lake Meadows (meeting outside the cafe then joining Park Run at 9.30). For anyone living with or beyond cancer- families, friends and health care professionals. Do as little distance as you want, just come and join in!

Blood Pressure

If your Blood Pressure needs monitoring, you could:

 

-          Ask at your Pharmacy

-          Buy a home blood pressure monitor. A good home BP monitor doesn’t need to cost more than £30-£40 and can be used by all members of your family!
