supports engagement in daily activities that is affected by physical or mental health

Supports individuals with mental health issues and disorders.

Activities available: 

Try Chi

Tai Chi sessions every Wednesday afternoon @ 14:00 - 15:00

Also there will be a taster session on Friday 25th September @ 13:00

The sessions will take place outside in Cripps Health Centre's garden (weather depending) or in the surgeries meeting room. 

A great opportunity to try something new, meet new people and move to music with social distancing
