Travel Immunisations

Patients who plan to travel abroad in the near future are asked to complete a travel questionnaire available here or at reception.

An appropriate immunisation schedule is then planned by our nurses and checked by a doctor.

Patients will then be offered an appointment with the nurses for the travel advice and the appropriate NHS immunisations.

Any vaccines needed that are not available on the NHS will have to be arranged via a private travel clinic

Please try to allow at least 6 weeks before the date of departure to complete a proper immunisation schedule.

We are no longer a Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre.
