Non-NHS Services
Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:
Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, Taxi, PSV etc.) - Insurance Claim Forms
- To Whom It May Concern letters
- Holiday Cancellation Forms
- Private Sick Notes
The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales.

These medicals require an appointment with the doctor outside of surgery times, these may be booked with the Receptionist or we may take your details and contact you at a later date.
