Clinics

We run regular clinics for diabetes, chronic heart disease, COPD, asthma, INR, antenatal care, and minor surgery sessions.

Acute Illness Clinic

Our Acute Illness Practitioners Emma Sage and Clare Bick  are available Monday to Friday to treat minor ailments such as coughs, colds, sore throats, headaches, earache, urine infections, diarrhoea and vomiting, rashes, stings and bites.

Travel Clinics

For travel advice and NHS travel immunisations please complete the Travel Risk Assessment forms and return to us 6 to 8 weeks prior to travelling.  The form can be collected from reception or downloaded below.

On returning the forms, please book a telephone consultation with the Practice Nurse who will contact you to discuss and arrange an appointment for you to come in for your vaccinations.    Not all travel vaccines are available on the NHS and for those you will be directed to a participating Pharmacy or a MASTA travel clinic.

DO YOU LOOK AFTER SOMEONE WHO IS ILL, FRAIL, DISABLED OR MENTALLY ILL?

We are interested in identifying carers, especially those people who may be caring without help or support. We know that carers are often “hidden” looking after a family member or helping a friend or neighbour with day to day tasks and may not see themselves as a carer.

Caring for someone is an important and valuable role in the community, which is often a 24-hour job that can be very demanding and isolating for the carer. Carers should receive appropriate support by way of access to accurate information on a range of topics such as entitlement to benefits and respite care and not least, a listening ear when things get too much.

If you are a carer, please ask at Reception for a CARERS IDENTIFICATION FORM which you can complete to let us know about your caring responsibilities
