global air travelIf you are planning to travel outside the UK, you may need to be vaccinated against some of the serious diseases found in other parts of the world. We ask that patients complete a pre travel questionnaire and that this is received at the surgery at least 8 weeks before your date of travel. Please click for the Pre Travel Quesionnaire
