Childhood Vaccinations

Vaccines are the most effective way to prevent infectious disease. It's important that vaccines are given on time for the best protection.

You will be invited to bring your child to the following appointments:

  • 8-week check (with post-natal check for mum) by the GP, and immunisations with the nurse
  • 12- and 16-week immunisations
  • 1-year immunisations
  • 3 years 4 months pre-school booster immunisations
