We recognise that patients need help in trying to stop smoking and we would like to offer patients help with this.

What you can do?

1. Information is available on www.nhs.uk about smoking, the effects and treatments

2. You can get help from your local pharmacy

3. You can call Bradford Stop Smoking Services on 01274 437700

4. You can call the NHS smoking helpline on 0300 1231014
