Dispensing Patients

We are a dispensing practice and those patients that live more than a mile from a pharmacy are eligible to become dispensing patients.

Eligible patients who wish to be dispensing will be asked to register. Once registered as a dispensing patient, your medication will always be ready to collect from the medical centre's dispensary. You will not need to collect your prescription from us first. In addition your doctor will be able to dispense medication to you, should you require it, on a home visit. Please ask at reception for details about how to register.

Patients who are not eligible to be dispensing can choose from one of the following three options:

(A) Collect their prescription from any community pharmacy.
(B) Collect their prescription from the surgery reception desk or
(C) Arrange for another chemist to collect their prescription from our reception desk on their behalf.

If you choose option (C) please note that you must contact your chosen chemist and arrange this with them yourself.

Please allow 5 full working days between ordering the prescriptions and collection.

To contact Trinity Medical Centre's Dispensary please telephone 01782 395101.
