The breast screening unit which was in Poringland in the spring has now left the area.  For patients that missed their appointment or are outside the screening age but can request screening once every three years, should call the screening team on 01603 287777. 

Non-NHS Services

Some services provided by us are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attrhealth_clipboardact private fees.  Examples include the following:

  • HGV and Taxi medicals
  • Private letters to third parties
  • Insurance claim forms
  • Firearms licences
  • Private sick notes

NHS appointments are at times of high demand given priority.
