Surgery Opening Times

Please be aware we are a two site practice - please check reception hours for each site. Services can be accessed by all patients at either site.

If you need an appointment or urgent advice, call the surgery and we will arrange for a GP to call you back.
Due to COVID-19 we ask that patients do not come into the practice due to the risk of infection, so please call the practice first.

After 6.30pm, if you have COVID-19 symptoms use NHS 111 at https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19/.

Only call 111 if you can’t get help online.

When We Are Closed

If you have an urgent problem when the surgery is closed. Please ring 111 your call will be answered by PELC who cover out of hours.

Please note that when contacting them, your telephone conversation will be recorded.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.  

The practice offers a range of appointments outside of our normal hours.

These are for patients that are working and cannot get to a GP during the day.

If you wish to see a GP or Nurse over the weekend you can book an appointment at the HUB.
