Please note that from 6.30pm each evening all callers will be advised to call NEMS on 0115 846 2380 or 111. NEMS are responsible for the out of hours care provision for Rise Park Surgery patients.
The reception desk will be open until the times stated above for pre-booked appointments, general enquiries at the desk and prescription requests.
