Swan Care Hub is open, Wednesday afternoons 1pm - 6.30pm for healthcare including: consultations, booking appointments and picking up prescriptions.  Patients requesting more detailed enquiries may need to be dealt with by their own individual practice.

Extended Hours - The practice offers extended hours on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays until 7pm, These are pre-booked appointments only.



Are you aware you can see a GP evenings (6:30pm-8pm) and weekends/ bank holidays (10am-4pm), within the Wigan area, for a non-urgent appointment.
