ATTENTION!!!

THE NEW OUT OF HOURS PROVIDER AS OF DECEMBER 1ST 2015 WILL BE NHS111.

As of 01/12/15 SEEDS will no longer be our out of hours provider.  The new number to ring when the surgery is closed will be 111.  This number is for patients who need to be seen and cannot wait until the surgery reopens. The same service will be provided and patients will still be able to be seen at Thurrock Community Hospital, but from 01/12/15 it will be at the front of the building, The John Tallack Centre.

If you are travelling abroad this year you may require travel vaccinations.

Please allow plenty of time to check with the Practice Nurse for advice.
